Being Alone is Different from Being Lonely

"On a lighter note, being alone is different from being lonely. Alone is sendiri, lonely is kesepian, rasa sepi. You can be alone without feeling lonely, and you can feel lonely in a circle of surrounding people. AND, you can’t mix them. When you’re alone, it doesn’t always mean that you’re lonely.
To be alone without feeling lonely is a bliss." Sarah Fauzianisa

This, fellow humans, is the smartest, clearest definition of "being alone is different from being lonely" that I've ever heard. I've been spending my whole life telling people that "being alone is different from being lonely" but still, no matter how much I tried, they couldn't bear any understandings on this phrase. You, Sarah, is a genius. Salute! *smooch*
